To those ends we: Are audited annually by an independent CPA firm; and have an independent Board of Directors that has official control of all the organizations funds and the freedom to allocate these funds in a manner that will carry out the express purposes of ChurchQuake International. We are also committed to honor any stated preference. In certain circumstances- if for example, a project is overfunded- your contribution will be used in similar projects. Notice to Contributors: ChurchQuake International was organized under the laws of the State of Tennessee in 2003. ChurchQuake International has a 501 (c)(3) classification from the Internal Revenue Service and your donations are tax deductible, as allowed by law.
